How does coaching work?

Coaching is a personal collaboration between client and coach and one of mutual responsibility. The client is always in control - not the coach. Together, the coach and the client work together to create a shared future which will support the client's needs. The client learns that they have the power and are in control of the decisions and changes they make.

I travel extensively so how can I fit this into my already busy schedule?

What's great about coaching is it is not dependent on geography or time zones. Most coaching takes place via the telephone and/or Internet, thus is available to everyone.

How long do I need to work with a coach before I see results?

Every client is unique and will retain a coach for very specific reasons. Coaching may last a few months or  more.

My company can benefit from coaching ~ what's the next step?

Companies greatly benefit from the coaching interaction as individuals and/or team members work together and independently toward outcomes that really matter. In order to do so, they must foster an environment which is conducive to learning and self renewal; create an appetite and agility for continuous change; view every organizational member as a source of valuable ideas; demonstrate a high level of patience and tolerance for ambiguity; have a strong sense of purpose for themselves and the organization and respond to the spoken and unspoken needs of others within the organization.
